Notice & Refund Policy

For all full-custom and semi-custom products, the quotations and artwork will be sent to you for confirmation before making samples or mass production. After you confirmed and made the payment, we will start making samples or bulk production. If you need to modify the artwork or size due to your reasons after the start of sample production or bulk production, you may need to undertake the additional costs incurred by production remaking. If you have any objection to this, you can negotiate with us to resolve it. So please ensure to check all the details of the quotation and artwork carefully before production starts.

For all orders, if you find out that you have chosen the wrong specification or need to cancel for other reasons and apply for a refund after placing the order, please apply for cancellation or contact us as soon as you place the order to avoid the inconvenience caused by the order being shipped out or the production starting to produce an unnecessary loss.

Many of our products are handmade or involve hand working, so each piece will vary slightly and cannot be 100% matched. If you are not satisfied with the product you received, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving the goods, and we will make every effort to solve for you.

The free expedited service could be provided within our production capacity. After receiving your order, we will arrange production as soon as possible and make every effort to ensure shipping on time. However, there is still some risk that the order will be delayed due to carrier reasons, customs clearance, and force majeure factors. These risks are beyond our control, so we recommend that you could place your order as far in advance as possible to avoid delays caused by various risks for having products received on time before the event starts.
